Abattoir, Arch sways and free us from the thorns have created (Thursday, 20 May 2010) at an event titled "Art and land: law in Sicily, "the evening was devoted to the theme antimafia and the organizers showed their point of view on the subject through a photographic exhibition.

- Abattoir What and how did? Abattoir is the project of a dozen children, teens and ultra-twenties.

- How did you organize the work for publication? Every day
components Abattoir publish a post, a text, a picture, a cartoon or something else (previously controlled by our faithful corrector of proofs), we alternate the second a default lineup, barring unforeseen circumstances communicated. Sometimes we work together to post the collective or for special projects, such as podcasts. And we also welcome the actions of any freelancer who wants to have his say.
- The purpose of the site is to communicate and reflect and encourage the reader to dialogue. Do you think you have succeeded?
One day a boy said that if you want to communicate their ideas to someone, you have to start from the first comparison, that of feedback, with their parents. We say that we are working on. As far as our readers must say that it is always difficult to start from scratch. I think that in these first months, has achieved several good results Abattoir visits, and in the comments there are only acquaintances. It tends to improve.
- There are self-defined as a collective. Why?
There was spontaneous, because we are not binding. We work together, we are facing, and no decision is taken without the involvement of all components of the project.
- Why did you decide to work with the Arch for the staggered implementation of this event?
We had some time to organize something in mind against the Mafia, and after various external proposals, and several "packs", the Arch has stumbled shown clear and consistent from the outset in welcoming our ideas. By chance, then, that he had already in mind the organization of a day pro-legality, and so we happily met.
- Do you plan to organize similar events in a more or less near future? Abattoir
outset has defined its key participation in the workforce, non-network, where they can communicate their points of view beyond the virtual space of the blog. So absolutely.
