WHITE COLLAR CRIME

Cowards poached

a tightrope trying to keep the balance to continue his journey on the tightrope. Suddenly the balance is balanced on its cable, it loses stability and almost falls to the ground ...

Anxiety and palpitations in the audience swaying to the rhythm of the flickering of the tightrope walker.

The same sense of uncertainty and bewilderment felt by citizens is upright and incorruptible in the face of phenomena such as the one called "White collar crime."

The "White Collar Crime", or "white-collar crime, criminological theory is developed by the scholar Edwin Sutherland.

Sutherland discovered that the class manager not only committed crimes, but they produced significant damage to the economy of a nation and that was even higher and more devastating personal violence. Violence brings together citizens in personal lament what happened and causes them to reaffirm the basic principles of coexistence. The "White Collar Crime", on the contrary, it undermines confidence in the laws in the state, destroying the certainty of law and the motives of moral action.

The "white-collar crime is crime of the powerful, top brass of the economy. It is typical of those in power and has the means to hide their groped unlawful giving incorrect information, but removes the possibility of dissemination and circulation of certain information (case in point, Italy!).

The crimes of which they often stain the leading figures who represent a country about arms smuggling, human trafficking, toxic waste, political and administrative corruption, tax evasion and commercial.

also what worries most is the censorship office, which implements erroneously lenient ratings, including innocent. Those who hold important positions is never considered a "criminal" in a literal sense, but is at most as "deceitful," as if those were not committed serious offenses escaped the rigors of the law.

This type of crime acts in the shade, is now more than ever unpunished managed well to camouflage, to hide, disguise themselves.

Only the public authorities, with the laws that the Constitution provides, and the means available, could undermine the wall dell'omertà and expose this type of crime. Unfortunately the sad reality is that these same authorities are associated with organized crime, with which they have business in common, they divide the spoils and exchange favors.

arrived at this conclusion, it is possible to establish the boundary between what is legal and what is not? How can we have confidence in our representatives, elected for our interests and that only end up making them?

An example that best represents all of these questions is taken from the words of Andrea Camilleri.

"This constant shifting boundaries between legality and illegality produces a very high distress, which is not only moral. Become a matter of social custom. That's what I call the moral of the motor, which is rampant in Italy. With the scooter, you can avoid standing in line, juggle the car and then ran a red light. So with the motor you have ease of operation, you can go against traffic, do the slalom. In short, you do what you want and they forgot the rules. Nay, they become an annoyance, disturbance. "
